не скачивает файлы в 2003
вот при скачки:

а вот недает в настройках ие, что либо изменить:

где что поменять, добавить чтобы был овсе ок?

1. Open Internet Explorer, click Tools, click Internet Options. On the
Security tab, for Internet, Local intranet, Trusted sites zones each, click
Custom level¡* button on the bottom, then on the next page, ensure you have
enabled the "Submit non-encrypted form data".

2. On the Security tab of the Internet Options, select Restricted sites and
click Sites button underneath it. Check if the site that you want to access
is listed there, and remove it accordingly.

3. If the above two methods don't work, you can try resetting the Internet
Explorer. On the Advanced tab of the Internet Options, click Reset¡* button
to reset the Internet Explorer settings.

Additionally, please also check all your anti-virus applications and
firewall settings, as we also encountered this problem when the firewall
was configured improperly.

4)Так же посмотреть антивирусы,в некоторых есть наличие подобных вещей.
