this is newer (updated) linux 2.6.9 server i want to get local root on I uploaded shell by admin's panel now i have a permission to upload files.
server uname -a:
Linux host** 2.6.9-78.0.22.ELsmp #1 SMP Thu Apr 30 19:14:39 EDT 2009 i686 i686 i386 GNU/Linux
is there exploit for this up to date version of 2.6.9?
or the old is completible..
the second question if i do a back connect to server by nc to the server does it save logs?

this exploits should work on kernel updates older that 15 Aug

2nd - netcat doesn't save logs, but a webserver, like apache save logs
You should clean it, after you will receive a root privileges
