Access to your account will not be restored.

You have broken one of the points of the License Agreement:

"to connect, use, attempt to connect or use in any way the ICQ Services for

any commercial purpose or any purpose other than private, personal use and

in good faith as is clearly suggested on the internet page of ICQ;"

Anybody can help me, I will share money for who can open unlock the account

I use ICQ to communicate with friends and family, it's very happy

Please guide me how to use unlock my account.

Lisas7, it's almost unreal to restore your UIN. There is only way is to make a dialog with ICQ administration. You can try to explain your problem to admins, but they are helping in 1 of 100 cases.
