There used to be a lot of such threads on Antichat, but I haven't noticed any in the english section. I think that here there are english-speaking people who also, as well as all the others, would like to express their opinion about anti-virus programs.

I use NOD32 and am satisfied with its work. What antivirus is used by you? Let us leave comments why we have chosen this or that antivirus...

NOD32 all the way! Used to have Kaspersky before but after it failed to get rid my PC of some annoying popup ads which prevented me from playing online games by popping up like crazy over any window including that of the game, I installed NOD32 and it helped! I've been using NOD32 since then. My friend however is strongly convinced that Avast professional is as good as NOD32 and decided to use it because there is no need to search and input new keys. That's what he's told me today.

Now I'm using NOD 32 + Firewall ( I will never say the name of my Firewall). Also, I used to work with Norton, however it's terribly protecting you against unknown viruses, and the Norton Firewall is ticking you of by every-day questions like "This web-site contains an ActiveX element. Should I allow it?"It never remembers my answers for web-sites. NOD 32 doesn't slow down your system, so I don't have to turn it off while playing games like Cossacks. The firewall I'm using now, allows to work comfortably.

I suppose that NOD (2.75, not further versions) is good enough for me. It's quiet, can be easily updated (no troubles with key finding for those who didn't like to pay), sometimes finds viruses that kaspersky not, fast enough and have some other advantages.
Also I suppose this kind of question is a perfect holy-war. :)
