Многопоточный прокси чекер.
Проверка HTTP, SOCKS4/5.
Поддержка прокси судей (Proxy Judjes).
Возможность настроить чек под нужный ресурс.
Вывод затраченного времени на запрос.
Автосохранение прокси по окончании проверки или во время проверки по нажатию кнопки "Сохранить".
Удаление дубликатов.

Про HTTPS
Проверка HTTPS присутствует, но есть 2 нюанса:
1) для работы нужны 2 библиотеки, можете не качать их если вам не нужна проверка https
2) работа чекера при проверке таких прокси нестабильна, иногда часть потоков просто напросто зависает =(
