Установка!!!
 

скачал скрипт gtchat 0.95 как ее запустить на локалхосте пишет ошибку :

Failed to load the file ./Plugins/ProxyCheck.pm. Possible reasons:
The file doesn't exist
The file is incomplete
The program is not permitted to read the file
Please contact the webmaster.

объясните мне что я не так делаю зарание благодарен
