1. edit lib.php & put correct values for your server etc

2. import db.sql into your mysql databse

3. goto yoursite.com/chat/setup.php and fill in values to install chat

4. optional - search and replace yoursite.com and replace with your real website

5. optional - create an aboutus.php page

6. optional - edit index.php, change any links or news in that page
