Такая ситуация, часто сталкиваюсь с тем, что выходит:

Естественно, я начинаю привязывать номер телефона к асечке. Я перехожу по ссылке http://www.icq.com/attach-phone/. Ввожу там, а мне выдает "Вы не можете привязать этот ICQ UIN.

Как решить проблему?
