прошивать не обязательно, есть пару вариантов убить кабира:
1. Установить фаил меренждер и вручную поудалять где он нагадил
собственно есть несколько разновидностей кабира, вот примеры где он "живет"

To remove SymbOS.Cabir.G:
Install a file manager program on the phone.
Enable the option to view the files in the system directory.
Search the drives, A through Y, for the \SYSTEM\APPS\Tee222 directory.
Delete the files Tee222.app, Tee222.rsc, and 222.MDL from the \Tee222 directory.
Go to the C:\SYSTEM\SYMBIANSECUREDATA\Tee222SECURITYMANAGER directory.
Delete the files Tee222.app, Tee222.rsc, and Tee222.SIS.
Go to the C:\SYSTEM\RECOGS directory.
Delete the file, 222.MDL.
Go to the C:\SYSTEM\INSTALLS directory.
Delete the file, Tee222.SIS.
Note: You cannot delete the file Tee222.rsc when the program is running.
If you cannot delete this file in steps 4 and 6, delete all the files that you can, restart the phone, and then delete the Tee222.rsc file.
Cabir.F
To remove SymbOS.Cabir.F:
Install a file manager program on the phone.
Enable the option to view the files in the system directory.
Search the drives, A through Y, for the \SYSTEM\APPS\skulls directory.
Delete the files skulls.app, skulls.rsc, and MOD.MDL from the \skulls directory.
Go to the C:\SYSTEM\SYMBIANSECUREDATA\skullsSECURITYMANAGER directory.
Delete the files skulls.app, skulls.rsc, and skulls.SIS.
Go to the C:\SYSTEM\RECOGS directory.
Delete the file, MOD.MDL.
Go to the C:\SYSTEM\INSTALLS directory.
Delete the file, skulls.SIS.
Note: You cannot delete the file skulls.rsc when the program is running.
If you cannot delete this file in steps 4 and 6, delete all the files that you can, restart the phone, and then delete the skulls.rsc file.

2. Вариант, поставить антивирь вот 2 охрененных антивиря под
Symbian s60 и под
Symbian s90 как ваиант без удаления всего пользовательского контента
3. Один из жестких вариантов это *#7370# или зажав *, 3, и зеленую кнопку (поднятие трубки) нажать на кнопку включения, это приведет к форматиовании UserArea как уже об этом говорил
EmitRemus но будьте готовы к тому что вместе с всякой гадостью сносятся
ВСЕ НАСТРОЙКИ, КОНТАКТЫ, SMS, MMC, ИГРЫ, ПРИЛОЖЕНИЯ...и даже те голые тети которые вам накидали по блутузу 
если уж решились на такой отчаянный шаг то позаботтесь о бекапе
