Is this a Sven Co-op type of project but for GTA:SA? I always wanted to pass the singleplayer missions with friends. I think in the past there was even a SA:MP server that tried to recreate it by doing all the missions with NPCs but the lack of cutscenes and missions that were a bit tougher to script made the original project owner shut down the server.
